• A platform for making charitable donations to support our programs
• A public ledger displaying real-time donation and expense information
• Information about our initiatives, impact, and financial reports
• Communication tools including contact forms and newsletter subscriptions

General Donation Terms:

• All donations are voluntary and made at your discretion
• Donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors
• Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
• You will receive a receipt for tax purposes via email

Recurring Donations:

• You may set up recurring donations through our platform
• You may cancel recurring donations at any time through your account or by contacting us
• Cancellation will take effect before the next scheduled donation

Donation Allocation:

• While we make every effort to honor your program preferences, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed
• If a program is fully funded or discontinued, donations may be redirected to similar programs
• Unrestricted donations may be used at the Foundation's discretion

As part of our radical transparency mission, we maintain a public ledger that displays:

• Donation amounts and dates
• Donor first names (or "Anonymous" if requested)
• Program allocations
• Expense descriptions and amounts

By making a donation, you agree that:

• Your donation amount and date may be publicly displayed
• Your first name may be publicly displayed unless you select "Anonymous"
• Your full name, email, and other personal details will NOT be publicly displayed
• We may use aggregate donation data in reports and marketing materials

When using our Website, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
