Bridgeway Foundation provides:

- A public ledger displaying real-time donation and expense information

Our commitment to radical transparency means that certain donation information may be publicly visible. By making a donation, you acknowledge and consent to this transparency model as described in our Privacy Policy.
Donations
General Donation Terms:
- All donations are voluntary and made at your discretion
- Donations are final and non-refundable, except in cases of processing errors
- Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law
- You will receive a receipt for tax purposes via email
Recurring Donations:

Public Ledger Transparency
As part of our radical transparency mission, we maintain a public ledger that displays:
- Donation amounts and dates
- Donor first names (or "Anonymous" if requested)
- Program allocations
- Expense descriptions and amounts
By making a donation, you agree that:
- Your donation amount and date may be publicly displayed
- Your first name may be publicly displayed unless you select "Anonymous"
- Your full name, email, and other personal details will NOT be publicly displayed
- We may use aggregate donation data in reports and marketing materials
You may opt out of public display by selecting the "Anonymous" option during donation.
User Conduct
When using our Website, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or servers
